mentioned in the back of it, Division Code, SBM User Domain ID, Start Date and
End Date are required for registration of SBM. These details are required to be
sent from authorized official receiving from billing vendors. On the other hand
Utility Software agency update the same details in CC&B and now it’s done.
Now, billing agency before using any new SBM follow the
above process and In case, there is still any issue which persist for
registration, invalid machine. The billing agency will need to answer to the
utility.
